App privacy policies
Privacy Policy for DraftFlow
Last updated: August 1, 2026
DraftFlow 1.0 processes English dictation with Apple's on-device speech recognition. The shipping app has no DraftFlow account, cloud processing, advertising, analytics, tracking, or synchronized transcript history.
Audio and transcripts
Microphone capture begins only after the user starts dictation. Recordings are temporary and are deleted after successful processing, cancellation, recognition failure, insertion failure, or recorder relaunch. DraftFlow does not collect recordings or transcripts and does not persist transcript history. The latest transcript may remain temporarily in app memory so the user can recover or copy it.
Information stored on the Mac
Personal dictionary entries and app preferences are stored locally until the user edits them, deletes them, or removes the app's local data. DraftFlow does not sell this information or use it for advertising or model training.
Permissions
Microphone permission is used to record only when dictation is started. Speech Recognition permission converts the temporary recording to text on device. Accessibility permission on macOS inserts the result into a focused, non-secure text field; DraftFlow refuses password and secure fields.
Sharing and support
Copying text or sending a support email is an explicit user action. The chosen destination handles that information under its own privacy practices. Users should not send private recordings, passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive dictated content in support requests.
For privacy questions, email support@jbcdevelopment.dev.
Privacy Policy for ThreadVigil
Last updated: July 30, 2026
ThreadVigil reads supported local coding-agent session metadata and bounded transcript portions needed to determine status or generate a handoff requested by the user. Processing occurs on the Mac.
ThreadVigil stores normalized session metadata for seven days rather than full transcripts. It does not access OpenCode credential or account tables, sell session information, use it for advertising or model training, or operate a cloud account service.
Routine network access is limited to signed update checks through Sparkle. Users can remove ThreadVigil’s local Application Support data at any time.
For privacy questions, email support@jbcdevelopment.dev.
Privacy Policy for PainTrail
Last updated: July 31, 2026
PainTrail is a personal record-keeping app designed so that health information stays under the user's control. PainTrail stores pain check-ins, medication records, visit-preparation notes and questions, app settings, and Pro unlock status locally on the device. PainTrail does not operate a server and does not automatically upload this information.
PainTrail provides a manual JSON backup. The backup contains pain check-ins and medication records only. It does not include visit details, questions, the pain profile, app settings, or Pro purchase state. The user chooses where to save or share the file through the iOS share sheet. PainTrail does not automatically upload backups to iCloud or any other service. Once a file leaves PainTrail, the selected destination handles that copy under its own terms and privacy practices.
PainTrail does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking software; create a user account; or sell or rent user data. Information leaves local app storage only when the user initiates PDF sharing or a manual JSON export.
PainTrail offers an optional one-time Pro purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. JBC Software Development LLC does not receive or store payment information.
If a user voluntarily participates in the PainTrail First 100 feedback campaign, the user may email JBC Software Development LLC an eligibility confirmation and honest product feedback. The email address, received timestamp, feedback, eligibility confirmation, and reward-fulfillment status are used only to improve PainTrail, administer the campaign, prevent duplicate rewards, and deliver an Apple offer code. Participants should not send pain entries, screenshots, diagnoses, medications, or other health information. An App Store rating or review is never required. Campaign records are retained only as reasonably needed for product feedback, campaign administration, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations.
Deleting PainTrail removes data stored inside the app from the device. PainTrail does not currently provide an in-app reset, delete-all, or individual-entry deletion control. PDF and JSON files previously shared or exported must be deleted separately from the locations where the user chose to save them.
PainTrail is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication guidance, or emergency support. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions.
Privacy Policy for Wave Rush!
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Wave Rush! is an offline, single-player jet-ski racing game published by JBC Software Development LLC. The game runs entirely on the device and does not operate a server, use analytics, use advertising, or include third-party tracking.
Information stored on the device
Wave Rush! saves a small amount of data locally on the device only, using the operating system's standard local storage. This never leaves the device and is never transmitted to JBC Software Development LLC: best scores for each track, and an audio/rhythm calibration setting. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Information not collected
Wave Rush! does not collect and does not transmit a user's name, email, address, phone number, or any contact information; location data; device identifiers used for tracking or advertising; analytics or usage telemetry; or photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data. The app requests no such permissions and contains no networking code for these purposes.
In-app purchases
Wave Rush! may offer an optional in-app purchase to unlock additional content. When a purchase is made, it is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. JBC Software Development LLC does not receive, see, or store payment card details, billing address, or other financial information.
Game Center
Wave Rush! may use Apple's Game Center to show leaderboards. When a user chooses to use Game Center, participation is governed by Apple's Game Center service, not by JBC Software Development LLC. Game Center may associate scores with a user's Game Center nickname and share them with other players on the leaderboards. JBC Software Development LLC does not operate the leaderboard servers and does not receive Apple account information.
Children
Wave Rush! does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it does not create the risks that laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K are designed to address.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Wave Rush!'s features change — for example, if a future version adds in-app purchases or Game Center. The last-updated date above will be revised when it does.

Gravline is an offline, single-player downhill racing game published by JBC Software Development LLC. The game runs entirely on the device and does not operate a server, use analytics, use advertising, include third-party tracking, or offer in-app purchases.
Information stored on the device
Gravline saves progress locally on the device only, using the operating system's standard local storage: owned vehicles, upgrades, cosmetics, earned currency, best times, and settings. This never leaves the device and is never transmitted to JBC Software Development LLC. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Information not collected
Gravline does not collect and does not transmit a user's name, email, address, phone number, or any contact information; location data; device identifiers used for tracking or advertising; analytics or usage telemetry; or photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data. Paw Care Academy is an iOS app for kids and parents with no ads, tracking, third-party analytics, custom account system, custom cloud save, chat, or push notifications. The app uses Apple StoreKit for optional non-consumable in-app purchases to unlock additional pet-care lessons and mini-games. JBC Software Development LLC does not operate a separate purchase, account, analytics, cloud-save, or gameplay data server for Paw Care Academy.
Paw Care Academy stores local progress on the device, including lessons completed, mini-game scores, practice progress, earned badges, selected pet, and purchase entitlement after a successful Apple purchase or restore. This local data supports offline play and is not uploaded to a JBC server.
The app uses manual update checks only. When a user clicks Check for Updates, the app reads a static JBC Development update manifest. The app does not run background telemetry, create accounts, upload files to hosted storage, or install updates automatically.
Third-party services
JBC Software Development LLC may use ordinary business services such as email, hosting, domain services, analytics, app stores, development tools, or support tools. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
Inquiry and support information may be kept as long as needed to respond, maintain records, manage support, or meet normal business needs. You may ask for correction or deletion of information you previously provided.
